		<description>if the printers all print through a print server it sounds like a problem with the settings on the printer driver on the actual print server, you can also try this locally .

right click on your printer, select properties 
and then printing preferences and under the paper type make sure heavy paper is not select, you should be able to select reset and this will change it back.

This needs to be done on every computer with the problem, if you find it reverts back then you will need to contact the system administrator of the print server to get this changed centrally</description>
