on my company network whenever we try to print anything we get the error message on the printer saying the paper is too heavy,  the paper is the same as always how can we fix this? the printer is a HP laserJet 4350 and there are 6 of us printing to this printer all with the same issue.

if the printers all print through a print server it sounds like a problem with the settings on the printer driver on the actual print server, you can also try this locally .

right click on your printer, select properties
and then printing preferences and under the paper type make sure heavy paper is not select, you should be able to select reset and this will change it back.

This needs to be done on every computer with the problem, if you find it reverts back then you will need to contact the system administrator of the print server to get this changed centrally
