Hi forum,
Please help. My laptop has just come back from being repaired. Just turned it on and half the keys don’t work! (I am writing on a mates laptop). F, X, C, N Caps lock, delete all don’t work. Is there anything I can do? I have arranged for its 3rd repair and will be picked up this thursday.

sounds like the keyboard cable has not been fitted back correctly, or the cable has a break in it.
Not much you can really do, better just to send it back for the 3rd time, just make sure you have a moan at them for not being able to fix it properly the first or even second times.
