actually it started with my mouse pointer problem …..
when i use it it always points towards left always …………..
so i thought it might be some virus so i want to went for system recovery on my own………………..
it loaded files and when it is installing drives it went to some 75% and stopped and its saying that
detect some error during PININST_BBV
check c:\system sav \ logs\burnbootwarn….
started my laptop now its asking windows has failed installation restart for reinstallation…but i cant go further… can you guide with with this information

i had the same problem a round 6 months ago, after trying everything i found i had a media card in the SD slot, after removing this it worked fine, very odd
