I am able to get onto the internet, but whenever I try to get onto google, or some other service engines, I get a “Can Not Display” page.

I have been advised by two computer “experts” that I have malware issues. I was told to do a malware check, as well as an adware check. this I have done with negative results.

Since doing the above mentioned checks everything on the tool bar is gone. And I still cannot get onto any service engines.

Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
