		<description>i've found many of the so called "good" windows password software to be a little flaky at best.

try downloading the hirens boot disk - then burn this to cd, power on the computer pop in the cd - hit the f12 key to bring up the boot menu - then select the cd - launch the hirens tools and active pasword changer - this has worked every time for me on both XP and Vista
