pretty sure you can’t the password comes down to the password policy of your email provider, so if they stipulate 10 characters then thats what you have to use.
your only option is to set your email program or internet browser to remember your email password so you don’t have to enter anything.
just make sure you have a good windows password just incase your computers security ever gets compromised.
