Please help. I have not done anything to my PC internally but whenever I restart, it goes to the system setup screen and when I try to exit it this error comes up “turn off power and reinstall the jumper in normal mode position” What should I do? Thanks.

you need to remove the cover on the computer (with it powered off) look for the CMOS jumper, remove it and reseat it)
does anyone else use your computer who may have changed this?
