for some reason i cannot save to my Outlook personal folder, i have checked on your website and should be able to save to 20gb, but i can only save to just under 2gb any ideas whats causing it

it sounds as though the format of your PST or personal folder is ANSI which has a limit of 2gb as opposed to UNICODE which you are referring to which has a limit of 20gb, the only way to get around this is to create a new personal folder and then copy everything between the two from Outlook – http://www.computer-adviser.com/pst-repair.html
