		<description>If the actual processor is running slow i&#039;d look at the cooling, if its getting to hot processors can actually throttle back to stop them getting even hotter, try running a temperature monitor on it and then check things such as, CPU fan, thermal paste and ensure all airways are clear of dirt or dust.
