		<description>either his email account has been hacked, he needs to change his password asap, or he has some type of virus/malware running on his computer which is sending out emails.

So change email passwords and download and run something like Microsoft Security Essentials (its totally free) to check for any viruses etc.</description>

As the button/switch is a sealed unit, there is not much that can be done as its probably surface mounted, your choices are to live with it or replace the drive itself.</description>
