General Computer Questions

I am worried that my pc is hacked. In the event section in computer management I am seeing special logon with account name system (which is different from my account name) and event id 4672. Does this mean my pc is hacked?

I am looking for a software that will enable my computer to put words on the screen while i am chatting online do you have that or where can i find it? thanks
