I downloaded a system disk and recovery disks for my other computer. They worked great but after I wrote them to a cd they would not work. Does anyone have any ideas??

I have this seagate 1 tb internal hard drive that I was running before as storage drive.Then did some tidying up of wiring in tower,didn’t add any new hardware just unhooked everything straightened out wires and hooked back up and now Explorer doesn’t see the drive but bios does and device manager does and says [...]
