i hello i have installed newly quickheal antivirus protection but today my online protection and virus protection DNA scan is been turned off of and i cant turn it on if i click on turn it on it does not show any action plz help

i have a problem with my computer…i want to uninstall avira antivirus in my computer and change it with another antivirus program, but when i tried to uninstall avira this error occurred, “setup could not determine the feature control file or was not able to read it correctly [errorcode: 7]
