General Computer Questions

I have an issue where i cant disable the wireless connection on my laptop – i right click on it to disable, but nothing just remains enabled, this means wherever i have the laptop turned on its looking for networks and helping to drain the laptops battery, what causes this and what can i do [...]

i want to completely remove internet explorer from my computer as it keep crashing, but where can i find its installation files and i cant find an uninstall file for it. can you point me in the right direction please many thanks Rosa
