My laptop had a crash recently and I fixed it but I can’t play some of my games now because it says i need adobe flash player, which i had before the crash. is there any way to recover it, or do i get it off the internet again?

the chances are the flash player add-in is corrupt - try going to > Tools > Manage Add-ons, scroll down and see if flash is installed, if so it may be corrupt, to repair highlight it and select Update ActiveX
