basically iv had viruses. I tried using avira antiviru to delete them but it only managed to delete 2 iv still got 4 left. consequently my firewall and virus antiguard keep switching off. how should i delete them?

the virus’s files are probably locked, and in use and cannot be removed so try using something like malwarebytes, unhackme or spybot search and destroy, all of these can be used free.

it just means running it and then it should say sometime such as files cannot be removed do you wish to run the next time computer starts, this will then run before the malware has a chance to load itself. http://www.computer-adviser.com/windows-antispyware.html
